Dean Martin known also as Dino, The King of Cool and Los Muertos, birth name Dino Paul Crocetti, born on June 7, 1917 in Steubenville, Ohio, the United States, died on December 25, 1995 in Beverly Hills, California, U.S.A. He was an American actor, comedian and singer popular in 1950s and in 1960s. He was born to Italian immigrants and was working at first as boxer, roulette stickman and croupier in illegal casino, then he served a year in the American Army during the World War II but was stationed in Akron, Ohio. Some people say that he had connections with mafia early in his career. He rose to fame after the acquaintance with Jerry Lewis, they teamed up and their comic duo enjoyed much success.
