De Rosa

De Rosa was a Scottish indie-rock band from Bellshill, Scotland. The band was founded in 2001 and composed of Martin Henry (vocals, guitar, songwriter), Chris Connick (guitar), James Woodside (bass), Neil Woodside (drums) and Andrew Bush (piano/keyboards). The band broke up in 2009. During their career, they have released two studio albums. The debut album Mend was released in 2006. The band toured a lot around the UK opening for Mogwai and Arab Strap. They also embarked on their headlining tour in Europe. The online music site Gigwise gave the album the best rank. You can download De Rosa’s debut album in mp3 from our site. The second album Prevention came out in 2009. The band also released three singles - Camera / All Saints Day, Camera / Amy’s Song and Father’s Eyes / Evelyn. The band’s song “Cathkin Braes” features Chemikal Underground’s anniversary compilation Ballads of the Book (2007).
