David Gray is a Welsh alternative rock and folk rock musician and singer-songwriter who was born on June 13, 1968 in Sake, Greater Manchester, England. He began his active music career in 1992 releasing next year his debut album A Century Ends, which made him popular in folk-rock circles but failed to gain him any mass popularity.
