Dandy Warhols

Dandy Warhols are an American rock band formed in Portland, Oregon, the United States in 1993. The band currently comprises Courtney Taylor-Taylor (vocals, guitar), Peter Holmström (guitar), Zia McCabe (keyboard) and Brent De Boer (drums). The band’s music can be classified as garage rock, psychedelic rock and alternative rock. The band has released quite a number of albums. The debut one was released in 1995 titled Dandys Rule, OK? It spawned two singles “The Dandy Warhols TV Theme Song” and “Ride”. The band didn’t achieve any success with the album but it influenced on Capitol Records to sign the band. The second album The Dandy Warhols Come Down became quite popular.
