Corrs

Irish folk rock, rock, pop and celtic rock band The Corrs from Dundalk, County Louth, was formed in 1990. The band comprises Andrea Corr (lead vocals, tin whistle), Sharon Corr (violin, vocals), Caroline Corr (drums, percussion, bodhrán, vocals) and Jim Corr (guitar, keyboards, vocals). Their music style is often considered as a combination of modern pop rock rhythms and technology with element of acoustic instruments, violin, tin whistle and drums sounds. They achieved mainstream success in 1995 with their multi-platinum debut album, Forgiven, Not Forgotten, which produced five hit singles such as "Runaway", "Forgiven, Not Forgotten", "The Right Time", "Love To Love You" and "Closer (only in Australia and New Zealand)".
