Chris Robinson

Christopher Mark Robinson, better known as Chris Robinson is an American rock singer born on December 20, 1966 in Marietta, Georgia. He began his music career with his brother Rich. Together, they formed a band Mr. Crowe's Garden. The twosome were influenced by the Faces and the Rolling Stones and played in various clubs around Atlanta, Georgia. The band was renamed in The Black Crowes in the late 1980s and signed a deal with Def American. They toured with ZZ Top and reached some popularity. In 2002, the band decided to take a break. Chris Robinson embarked on a solo career. The debut album new Earth Mud was released in 2002. The album received positive reviews from the critics.
