Choke

Choke was a Canadian punk rock band formed in Edmonton, Canada in 1994. The original line-up consisted of Clay Shea, Jack Jaggard, Shawn Moncrieff and of Stefan Levasseur. Choke recorded this album in Vancouver, British Columbia with Blair Calibada who had worked with Gob and Propagandhi and with Paul Forgues who had worked with Slayer, Nine Inch Nails and with Treble Charger. Exclaim! magazine wrote about the band after this release as“...one of the finest technically progressive bands on the planet". The band toured a lot with many other acts like Satanic Surfers, Bad Religion, My Chemical Romance, Small Brown Bike, No Use for a Name and with others. The band split in 2007.
