Chayanne
Elmer Figueroa Arce, better known as his stage name Chayanne was born on June 28, 1968 in San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico. He is Puerto Rican Latin pop singer. He began his music career as a member of the group Los Chicos that reached number 4 on the charts for several times. The group split in 1984 and Chayanne decided to pursue a solo career. He released his debut album Chayanne es mi Nombre in 1984, though it failed to chart. During his long career, he has released nine number one singles on Hot Latin Tracks and 25 top ten singles. Some of his singles number one are Tu Pirata Soy Yo, Fuiste un Trozo de Hielo en la Escarcha, Completamente Enamorados, El Centro de Mi Corazón, Dejaria Todo, Yo Te Amo, Cuidarte el Alma and some others.
