Busted

Busted was a British pop band from London formed in 2001. The band consisted of James Bourne (rhythm guitar and vocals), Charlie Simpson (lead guitar and vocals) and of Matt Willis (bass guitar and vocals). At first the band was called The Termites but after signing a contract with a professional management company they changed the name for Busted. They became the first pop band appearing on the magazine cover before releasing the debut single. The debut album Busted received mixed reviews and didn’t bring any commercial success or popularity. The breakthrough to the music market happened with a release of their second album A Present for Everyone. The lead single Crashed the Wedding reached the top spot of the UK singles chart.
