Buck Owens

Alvis Edgar Owens, Jr., better known under his stage name Buck Owens was born on August 12, 1929 in Sherman Texas, the United States and died on March 25, 2006 in Bakersfield, California. He was an American country music singer-songwriter. He was a very prolific musician with 39 studio albums, 9 live albums, 16 compilation albums, and incredible number of singles. Many of his albums reached number one on the country charts, for example Together Again, I Don't Care, I've Got a Tiger by the Tail, Before You Go, Dust on Mother's Bible and some others. Some of his most popular songs are "Act Naturally", "Love's Gonna Live Here", "I've Got a Tiger By the Tail", "Buckaroo", "Johnny B. Goode" (live).
