Bon Scott

Ronald Belford Scott, better known as Bon Scott was born on July 9, 1946 in Kirriemuir, Scotland and died on February 19, 1980 in London, England. He was Australian rock musician better known for his work with famous Australian hard rock band AC/DC. When he was child, his family moved to Melbourne and that’s where he began his music career. He founded his first band The Spektors in 1964. There he was a drummer and occasional lead vocalist. Before he joined AC/DC as the lead vocalist, he had played with other bands including The Valentines and Fraternity.
