Black Dahlia Murder

Black Dahlia Murder is an American deathcore and melodic death metal band formed in Waterford, Michigan, the United States in 2000. The band composes of Trevor Strnad (lead vocals), Brian Eschbach (guitar, backing vocals), Ryan Knight (guitar), Ryan "Bart" Williams (bass guitar) and of Shannon Lucas (drums, percussion). According to the vocalist Trevor Strnad, the band is highly influenced by Swedish bands and by Carcass. They have already released four studio albums and currently signed to Metal Blade Records. The band’s breakthrough album is Miasma released in 2005. It reached the top spot of the Top Heatseekers chart. The last album Deflorate came out in September 2009.
