Bif Naked, birth name Beth Torbert is an American-Canadian rock singer-songwriter, poet, cartoonist and actress, born on June 15, 1971 in New Delhi, Delhi, Harayana, India. Her parents were American teenagers attending private school. Later, she was adopted by American missioners and moved to the United States where she lived at first in Kentucky and later she and her family settled in Winnipeg. She is open bisexual. She began her music career, playing with such bands like Gorilla Gorilla and Chrome Dog. She has performed with many artists like snoop Dogg, Billy Idol, Dido, the Foo Fighters and many others. She has toured the United States, Canada, and Europe. She has released five studio albums and one spoken word album. Her last album is The Promise.
