Between The Buried and Me

American heavy metal, rock, progressive metal and death metal band Between the Buried and Me from North Carolina, was founded in 2000. The band's current line-up comprises Tommy Giles Rogers (vocals, keyboards), Paul Waggoner (guitar), Dustie Waring (guitar), Blake Richardson (drums, percussion) and Dan Briggs (bass guitar). They appeared on the American metal scene with the singles, "Use of a Weapon," "What We Have Become," and "More of Myself to Kill". In early 2001, they signed a contract with Lifeforce Record label. They quickly gained popularity in 2002 with their breakthrough self-titled debut album which produced the band's first hit singles such as "More of Myself to Kill", "Arsonist", "Aspirations" and "What We Have Become".
