Better Than Ezra

Better than Ezra is an American alternative rock band from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the United States, formed in 1988. The current lineup of the band consists of Kevin Griffin (vocalist, chief songwriter and guitarist), Tom Drummond (bassist and backing vocalist) and of Michael Jerome (drummer). During the tours James Arthur Payne joins the band on guitar, back vocals and keyboard. During its career the band has released six studio albums and three compilation albums. The most successful album to date is their debut release Deluxe which reached number 35 on the US Billboard 200. The album spawned several hit singles like “Good” (number 1 on US Modern Rock), “In the Blood” (#4) and “Rosealia”. The last album titled Paper Empire was released in 2009.
