Be Good Tanyas

Canadian folk, country and bluegrass music band The Be Good Tanyas from Vancouver, was formed in 1990. The band's current line-up comprises Frazey Ford (guitar, vocals), Samantha Parton (guitar, mandolin, banjo, vocals) and Trish Klein (guitar, banjo, vocals). In the beginning, they toured through the US and Canada as an opening act for various bands. In 2000, they released their debut album, Blue Horse, which produced the band's first singles such as "Up Against The Wall", "Oh! Susanna", "Rain And Snow" and "The Lakes of Pontchartrain". Three years later, they released their following album, Chinatown, which spawned several singles, "Reuben", "The House of the Rising Sun", "In Spite of All the Damage", "Lonesome Blues" and "In My Time of Dying".
