Augustana

Augustana is an American rock band coming from San Diego, California, the US, formed in 2003. The band composes of Dan Layus, Jared Palomar, Chris Sachtleben, Justin South and of John Vincent. The debut album Midwest Skies and Sleepless Mondays was recorded at the home studio and only 1000 copies were produced. Later the band released Mayfield EP with 25 copies. However the group toured with such acts like Switchfoot, Maroon 5, Snow Patrol, The Fray, Counting Crows and others. The next album All the Stars and Boulevards was released in 2006 and reached #1 on the Top Heatseekers chart. It spawned hits “Boston” and “Stars and Boulevards”. You can download Augustana’s second album in mp3 from our site. Their next album Can’t Love, Can’t Hurt yielded the singles “Sweet and Low” and “I Still Ain’t Over You” which didn’t enter the charts.
