Audrey Landers

American pop singer and actress Audrey Landers was born on July 18, 1956, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, U.S. When she was only twelve years old, she wrote and performed her own song, which brought her a contract with Epic Records. After college, she moved to Los Angeles to develop her professional music skills. There she received the role in the TV movie Dallas, which was the number one rated show in the US. She achieved mainstream success as a singer in the early 1980s with her breakthrough debut album, Little River, which produced her first singles such as "Apple Don't Fall Far From The Tree", "You Thrill Me", "Manuel Goodbye", "Little River" and "Playa Blanca".
