Apocrypha

American speed-metal band Apocrypha was founded by techno-rock artist Tony Fredianelli in collaboration with singer Steve Plocica, bassist Al Rumley, and drummer Mike Poe in 1988. Their albums were released on Shrapnel label in Las - Vegas, California. The main theme of each single was guitar passages by Tony Fredianelli, he perfectly mixed classical sounding with rock- style. In 1987, the band released their first album “The Forgotten Scroll”. They issued the second album “The Eyes of Time” in 1988 collaborating with guitarist Chip Chrovian. The band launched a series of fruitful artistic experiments with bassist Breck Smith and drummer Dave Schiller which resulted in their new album Area 54 released in 1990.
